Martin King Arthur popularly known in the showbiz industry as Kofi Kinaata is a Ghanaian artiste and songwriter from Effiekuma, suburb in Takoradi of the Western region.
He is noted for his lyrical dexterity and his fante rap and freestyle and therefore known as the ‘Fante Rap god’.

–Confession
In 2017, Kinaata released ‘Confession’ with most people relating the song to ‘Jesus Take The Wheel’.
The song was used in 2017 as theme song by the minority in Parliament (NDC) to tease the majority (NPP) about the state of Ghana after President Akufo-Addo’s address to the nation.
It was the favorite jam of then Black Stars and Chelsea coach Avram Grant.

The Ghana Black Stars also danced to ‘Confession’ group dance as a form of celebration anytime they score a goal in the 2017 AFCON.

– Sweetie Pie

–Made In Tadi
In December 2015, Kinaata released the song ‘Made In Tadi’ which was a jam for most fante people due to the link to their famous Ankos ( fancy dress and masqueraders Xmas carnival), annual festival which happens during Christmas.
– Susuka
In 2016, Kofi Kinaata released ‘Susuka’. The song became the hottest jam in the country due to the lyrical content. It also won him the 2016 VGMA songwriter and new artiste of the year.
