Former Wa All Stars (Legon Cities FC) defender Rashid Alhassan has officially joined Medeama Sporting Club.

The towering centre-back has sealed a three-year deal with the Yellow and Mauves after completing a successful medicals.
Alhassan has joined the Tarkwa based club as a free agent after leaving Somali club Elman FC last year.
He is expected to strengthen the defense of Medeama Sporting Club which already boast of Ibrahim Yaro.

He was an unused substitute during Medeama Sporting Club Premier League opener against Ebusua Dwarfs at Cape Coast.
Rashid Alhassan was part of the WA All Stars squad that won the Ghana Premier League under the tutelage of former coach Enos Kwame Adipah.
