Pierre Emerick Aubameyang netted the first goal for Arsenal in the 12th minute to end the first half of the game.

Ayew brought Palace level in the 54th minute, his goal-bound effort deflected defender David Luiz leaving goalkeeper Bernd Leno with little chance.
