According to a close source, the parent club of the player, Medeama Sporting Club have received offers from three unnamed foreign clubs.
Blay is currently on loan at Kotoko from Medeama Sporting Club and the deal will expire in July this year.

With Kotoko wanting to sign the player permanently, talks have begun between them and Medeama Sporting Club for the permanent sale of the midfielder.
Per the source, Medeama are quoting a figure around $80,000 before selling the player to Kotoko.

Should Kotoko fail to meet the asking price from Medeama, Justice Blay might be on his way abroad.

It is believed that, one of the three foreign clubs are willing to offer Medeama the $80,000 for the services of Justice Blay after his loan spell at Kotoko.

Justice Blay has been very impressive since joining the Porcupine Warriors on loan in July last year, becoming one of the most important players for the club.

Blay has capped all six matches this season for Asante Kotoko, scoring twice with two man of the match awards in the ongoing Ghana Premier League.
