Award-winning Ghanaian singer, rapper and songwriter Kofi Kinaata for the very first time scooped an award at the just ended Ghana National Gospel Awards 2019 held on Saturday.

The ‘Things Fall Apart” hit-maker became the first ever to win the new created Hybrid Song of the Year Category during the awards night.

He beat off tough competitions from Shatta Wale, Ras Kuuku, Dada Hafco, Strongman and Kuami Eugene to win the award with his nationwide hit single “Things Fall Apart.
