Black Queens sensational forward Ruth Appiah has graduated from the University of Cape Coast with a degree in Physical Education.
The former Black Maidens attacker who currently plays for Ladystrikers in the Central region, successfully completed her tertiary education, attaining a degree in Physical Education.
Appiah who was nominated in the 2017 SWAG Awards ‘Female Footballer Of The Year’ category mentioned that her colleague female footballers should draw aspirations from what she has done and channel their attention to education since majority of female footballers in the country normally take no delight in tertiary education.
The former Ashtown Ladies forward continued that she wish to get employed in one of the security services even though she’s now a professional physical education tutor and about to commence her national service.
Ruth Appiah was among the Black Queens squad that won the maiden edition of the WAFU Zone B tournament at the Ivory Coast.
