Former Vice President of the Ghana Football Association, George Afriyie has been appointed by the AFCON Organizing Committee to commission Mauritania clash against Angola on Saturday.
Afriyie who is a member of the CAF AFCON Organizing Committee will be the commissioner for the cagey group E encounter scheduled for Saturday, June 29, 2019 at the Suez Stadium.
Mauritania after losing to Mali 1:4 in their opening game will have to go all out against Angola on Saturday for the three maximum points to save themselves from exiting from the competition.
Angola on the other hand shared spoils with Tunisia in the opening game and a win against Mauritania automatically brighten up their chances of securing next round qualification.
