“OFFICIAL:
Exactly 3yrs, 3months ago, I was transferred from Accra as Head of Station Onua FM to Takoradi to deputize Mr. Fred Chidi l, the then Regional Manager to streamline program for Connect FM ahead of its launching. Fast forward, the station has grown from strength to strength and with the support of the team, the station became number one under my leadership. Today, I humbly bow out as Acting Regional Manager and Head of Station for Connect 97.1FM to respond to what I call a clarion call to another responsibility. Many thanks to Mr. Chidi, Mr. Essel and Kwame Karikari for their fantastic leadership that made it easy for me to work when I finally took over.
I say a big thank you to the Management of Media General for the opportunity offered me to serve in Takoradi as the Regional Manager.
I also wants to appreciate the support from the Vim Connect Fm team whose hard work made the station number one.
To the followers of Connect 97.1FM, members of Team Nana Osei Asare and friends on social media, I say God bless you.
STILL WITH MEDIA GENERAL.”
