Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly has confirmed the demise of the Late Mayor, Honorable Anthony Kobina Kurentsir Sam.
The death of the former Mayor occured on Friday, June 12, 2020 in line with the earlier reports according to the official release of the STMA.

The statement further revealed that the former MCE was first admitted at the Efia-Nkwanta Regional Hospital on Saturday, June 6 and was later transfered to University of Ghana Medical Center where he was till his demise.

However, it’s still unclear what exactly claimed the life of the former Mayor.
