Ghana Premier league powerhouse, Asante Kotoko have announced the signing of defender Augustine Agyapong.
The ingenious right-back has joined the Porcupine Warriors on a four-year deal ahead of the upcoming league season.[ads2]
Agyapong has joined Asante Kotoko from division two league outfit Delsanco FC after astounding form last season.
A statement from Kotoko reads, “We’re delighted to confirm the signing of 17-year old versatile defender Augustine Agyapong on a four-year deal from Delsanco FC.”
The 17-year old was exceptional last season in the division two league, contributing to massive 28 goals in the season; scoring 3 and providing an incredible 25 assists in 18 matches.[ads5]
