Nana Kofi Babil, one of our featured top 10 players from the Western Region to blossom in the next 5 years has signed for Austrian side, SCR Altach on a one-year loan deal, as confirmed by the European outfit on Monday.
The Medeama SC attacker has committed to the Austrian side till Juen 2021. The youngster who turned 18 in January this year, will feature in the Austrian Bundesliga for the 2020-2021 season.

Babil made 12 appearance in the 14 matches honoured by the Mauves and Yellows from Tarkwa; scored 4 times with 3 assists to his credit and has joined the side on an initial loan deal with an option to make it permanent.
Per Babil’s performance in his debut campaign in the Ghana Premier League, it doesn’t come as a surprise to see him pen this deal.

Other players among the top 10 footballers from the western region included; Sanah Ibrahim Mohammed, Philip Flamini and Daniel Egyin of Sekondi Hasaacas FC, Ebenezer Boadi Adu-Kwaw of Givova FC and several other players.
