After being relegated from the CAF Champions League by Etoile du Sahel, Kotoko are willing to make amends by thumping San Pedro in the first-leg of the CAF Confederation Cup in Kumasi to make the second-leg a mere formality.

Coach Kjetil Zachariassen will definitely start Felix Annan in the sticks for Kotoko even though Osei Kwame as been impressive during training sessions.

With Habib Mohammed suspended for the clash, and Wahab Adams injured, Agyemang Badu will likely partner Stephen Ayiku Tetteh at the heart of defense with Empem Dacosta and Patrick Yeboah completing the right and left back roles respectively.

Medeama loanee Justice Blay, of course will start the holding midfield role alongside experienced Jordan Opoku who has been impressive at training.

Augustine Okrah and Emmanuel Gyamfi look favorite to start the right and left wing roles respectively, even though they joined the team late due to national team assignments.
In the attack, in-form Songne Yacouba who has scored five goals in Kotoko last two friendly matches will team up with Naby Keita in a 4-4-2 formation.
