The GNPC Foundation, social investment arm of Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) will be training four thousand youths across Ghana in various skills in 2020.
The GNPC Foundation as part of enhancing livelihoods have been supporting the less privileged to acquire vocational and technical skills through its Skilled Artisan Project.

About 400 artisans in the Western Region on Friday, through the project, have been trained and been able to acquire certificate in the National Vocational Training Institute.
The Executive Director of GNPC Foundation, Dr. Dominic Eduah has revelaed that, his outfit in 2020 will develop over four thousand skilled workforce in various vocational and technical disciplines.
According to Dr. Eduah, the project seeks to provide a technical, material and financial resource through a non-profit organization; Aseda Foundation, to equip less-privileged Ghanaian youth in vocations such as fabrication, fitting, welding, aluminium works, electronics, spraying, painting, tiling works, dressmaking, hairdressing among others.

He made this known during an interview with Kyfilla.com at the graduation and NVTI certification ceremony for qualified 400 artisans under the GNPC – Aseda Foundation Artisan Project at the Jubilee Park in Takoradi on Friday.
