The leading opposition party National Democratic Congress (NDC) are yet to outdoor their manifesto for the 2020 General Elections despite few months to elections.
But the Communications Officer of the NDC, Sammy Gyamfi has revealed highlights of their manifesto on his Twitter page.
Some of the highlights captures the expanding and doubling the capacity of the 37 Military Hospital as well as constructing two international standard infectious disease centres.
