Ghana’s senior women’s team (Black Queens) players for the 2018 African Women’s Championship has been reduced to 19 players for their friendlies against Kenya and Zambia.
Coach Bashiru Hayford and his lasses will leave Ghana on Wednesday, October 31 to Zambia to play their compatriots, the Shepolopolo before a trip to Kenya to play the Harambee Stars, games on November 3 and 7.

The tournament will begin on November 17 to December 1.
Ghana is in Group A with Algeria, Mali and Cameroon and will be playing these nations in that order starting November 17, 20 and 23.
There are other foreign based players: Samira Suleman, Priscilla Okyere and Faustina Ampah yet to join the team for the 2018 African Women’s Championship.
