Kumasi Asante Kotoko shot stopper Felix Annan has said he is ready to challenge Muntari Tagoe for the number one spot in the team.
The Porcupine Warriors signed the former Medeama Sporting Club goalie to strengthen their goalkeeping department as they represent Ghana in the next season’s CAF Confederation cup.
But most Ghanaians have been wondering on who to be the first choice for the team during their Africa campaign next season.
However, in an interview with Kyfilla.com, Felix Annan confidently said he is ever ready to compete with Tagoe for the number one spot in C.K Akunnor’s team.
” The inclusion of Muntari Tagoe is a good decision and he is a good goalkeeper as well but am ready to compete for the first choice”, he said.
Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko as part of preparations ahead of the CAF Confederation cup will play Medeama Sporting Club in a friendly at the Sekondi Sports Stadium on Wednesday 14th November, 2018 after negotiations with Asec Mimosas fell through.
