Kumasi Asante Kotoko as part of preparations ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup campaign have moved to Mampong.
The Porcupine Warriors will be the only representative in the 2018-18 CAF inter-club competition as football activities in the country has been put on hold.
Kotoko were granted the permission to participate in the next season CAF Confederation by the GFA Normalization Committee as the holders of last season’s FA Cup.
With this, the team who had a 10 day camping in Takoradi have moved to Mampong in the Ashanti region to continue their preparations.
The team will camp in Mampong for 4-5 days before their CAF Confederation Cup prelims in Kumasi.
Meanwhile, the Kumasi based team will play the yet to be announced champions of the Cameroon FA Cup on the 28th November, 2018 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
