The Black Queens of Ghana are determined to beat in- form Cameroon side today 23rd November,2018 at 4:00PM in the last round of the group stages to secure semi-finals qualification.
Ghana were beaten by underdogs Mali in the second round of the group stage matches by 1:2, making semi-final qualification for the Queens very difficult.
However, coach Bashiru Hayford’ side are willing to wallop Cameroon today at the Accra Sports Stadium to secure a qualification to the semi-finals of the competition.
A lose or even a draw for the Queens means Ghana is out of the competition should Mali wins, joining the likes of South Africa and Namibia who have hosted the competition but failed to get a qualification from the group stages.
Ghana currently boast of three points after two matches and a convincing win means the team qualifies to the semi final of the eleventh edition of the Total Africa Women’s Cup of Nations.
On the other hand Algeria who are out of the competition will face Mali today at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium at exactly 4:00PM.
A win for the Malians brighter their chances of qualifying for the semi-finals of the competition.
