Ghana’s Female Senior National team, Black Queens have break camp with immediate effect after being eliminated from the ongoing Total African Women’s Cup of Nations (AWCON).
Black Queens crashed out of the ongoing AWCON adtery drawing 1:1 with Mali yesterday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
However, the team have break camp, a day after failing to secure semi-final spot in the AWCON.
Kyfilla.com understands, a meeting was held with the leader of the delegation, Mr. Kudjo Fianoo and the players together with the officials were told to vacate from the La Palm Royal Beach at 12 noon.
Source says “the playing body together with the officials after a meeting were given cash for transportation to their various destinations”.
Meanwhile, Cameroon and Mali have qualified from the group A to the semi-finals of the championship with the last round of the group B matches to be hurdled off today
