Kumasi Asante Kotoko have get a walkover in their CAF Confederation Cup campaign.
The Porcupine Warriors were supposed to play the winner of Cameroon FA Cup which is yet be played.
However, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) have announced that, the deadline given to the Cameroon Football Federation to present a second team for the Confederation Cup has elapsed and therefore have given Kotoko a walkover.
This means coach C.K Akunnor and his charges will get enough time to prepare for their next game in the Confederation Cup.
Kyfilla.com per our understanding, Asante Kotoko will now face the winner of Kariobanji Sharks from Kenya versus ARTA Solar of Djibouti in the next round of the prelims.
The game is scheduled for the 14th-16th December, 2018.
