South Africa’s Linda Maserame Motlhalo who won the woman of the match award in their semi-final game against Mali says her outfit are ready to lock horns with Nigeria for the ultimate.
The Bayana Bayana managed to secure a grand finale spot by beating Mali 2:0 today at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium.
Speaking to the media after the cagey encounter, Linda believes her side are ready to compete with tournament favorite Nigeria in the finals of the ongoing Total Africa Women’s Cup of Nations on Saturday 17th November,2018 for the ultimate.
” I think we have a good team and we’re ready to challenge Nigeria in the finals for the trophy.
The win means South Africa have qualified to the finals of the Africa Women’s Cup of Nations for the fourth time since 2012.
