Ghana International Lalas Abubakar has extended his stay at MLS giant Columbus Crew SC.
The pivotal defender inked a contract extension with the team after mutual agreement between the two parties.
His initial two years contract was supposed to have come to an end next month but the management of the team believes his stay with the MLS giant would be of help.
Abubakar was signed by Columbus Crew from Dayton Flyers in 2016 after excelling in the University games.
The former University of Ghana student played 23 MLS games for Columbus Crew this ended season scoring one goal and providing one assist.
