The first modern shopping mall in the Western region , situated at the Effia Constituency in Takoradi has officially been opened today for business.
The $40 million dollar Shopping Mall is the first phase of an overall $66 million dollar project with the phase 1 consisting of 11,000 square meter floor space with 74 stores, 1000 square meters of office space and a 375 parking space.
Kyfilla.com understands, all fresh fruits and vegetables stocked by Shoprite will be purchased from local farmers to boost local production.
Also phase 2 of the project will comprise the development of a 9 acre land into multi- purpose entertainment venues designed to be one stop shop for entertainment in the Western region.
