The National Sports Authority will host this year’s Cross Country race at Mpohor in the Western Region, Kyfilla.com understands.
The two days event which start from Thursday February 7 – Saturday February 9 will see athletes from the various regions participating for glory.
Kyfilla.com understands, the contingent from the various regions are expected to arrive on Thursday lastest by 5:00PM before the athletes would be taken through the route for the race on Friday before the main competition start on Saturday.
The race will start on early Saturday morning at exactly 5:00AM. The various contingent will be accommodated at the Mpohor Senior High School, Kyfilla.com believes.
To grace the occasion would be the Minister of Youth and Sports, Honorable Isaac Kwame Asiamah alongside National Sports Authority boss Professor Peter Twumasi.
