Kumasi Asante Kotoko midfield dynamo Richard Senanu has been ruled out their CAF Confederation Cup third match clash against Nkana FC in Zambia.
Senanu was stretched off in Asante Kotoko 2:1 victory against Zesco United on last Wednesday February 13, 2019 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
According to the midfielder, he is still at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital receiving treatment and therefore can’t join the club for their trip to Kumasi.
” I’m still at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital receiving treatment. I can’t make it to the Zambia trip”, he told Oyerepa FM.
The Porcupines after securing their first victory against Zesco United will travel to Zambia to play Nkana FC in match three of the Confederation Cup on February 24, 2019.
Kyfilla.com understands, the midfielder has been given a week off to recover fully.
