A mentally challenged man is reported to have destroyed windscreens of three parked cars at the Ashanti Regional Police Headquarters in Adum.
The madman whose name is still unknown to Kyfilla.com according to the public, wanders around without a definite destination was spotted destroying the windscreens of the parked cars with cement blocks.
An eye witness told Kyfilla.com that “the madman has human excreta smeared all over his body”
