The Ghana League Clubs Association have apologized to the Parliamentary Select Committee on Sports and Culture for leakage of proceedings of meeting with the clubs on Wednesday February 20,2019.
According to reports, some attendees suspected to be part of the delegation on the part of the clubs, recorded and leaked the the proceedings of the meeting which was supposed to confidential to some media networks.
The actions per the statement released by GHALCA is disgraceful and embarrassing if weighed against the advised offered to the clubs by the Chairman of the Committee, Honorable Alex Agyekum at the start of the meeting.
With these, GHALCA have rendered a profound apology to Honorable Alex Agyekum and the Committee on Youth, Sports and Culture for the indiscretion and have assured the Committee that the unfortunate incident would never recur.
