Aljazeera Football Club youngster, Ibrahim Osmanu has reiterated his desire for maiden Ghana U-23 invitation.
The 20-year old who has been a sensation for the Qatar Amateur League outfit this season, believes, it will be a ‘dream’ come true to don the national colours of the Ghana U-23 team.
Black Meteors will be facing Algeria U-23 side in the final lap of the Africa U-23 Championship and the 2020 Tokyo Olympics qualifiers in June 5, 2019 at the Accra Sports Stadium before travelling to Algiers on 9th June, 2019 for the return fixture.
Osmanu who has been touted as the next ‘Laryea Kingston’ in Ghana football revealed to Kyfilla.com that, he will be excited to showcase his abilities when coach Ibrahim Tanko hands him an invitation.
” It’s very Ghanaian player’s dream to don the national team colours and why not am ready for Meteors call up”, he told Kyfilla.com.
” It will be a dream come true for me as a youngster to play for the national team for the first time and am praying hard to be handed an invitation”, he concluded.
Tanko has capped in all eight matches for Aljazeera FC this season, scoring four goals as an attacking midfielder.
