Sekondi based Radio Silver 92.3 FM’s Drive Time Host, Frank Quadwo Nyarko affectionately called ‘OTJ’ has been voted as the best Drive Time Host in the Western region.
The awards scheme which was organized by Foklex Media Production was to honour hardworking media practitioners across the country.
The host of Akwaaba drive on the 92.3 dial was adjudged the overall best drive time host in the Western region during the 2019 Foklex Media Awards which was held on last Saturday at the National Theater in Accra.
He beat competition from other notable nominees in the Western region to emerge victorious in the category.
Meanwhile, the 8th edition of the Foklex Media Awards was graced by great personalities including ministers, members of Parliament, chiefs and various VIPs who matter in society. Musicians like Rex Omar, Kofi Kinaata, Joyce Blessing and others spiced up the auditorium, leaving audience enthused throughout the night , while enjoying the presentation of awards to all deserving awardees.
