Hasaacas Ladies skipper Perpetual Agyekum scored nine sumptuous goals to clinch the goal queen award in the just ended NC Special Women’s Cup.
Her brilliant performance enabled Hasmal Ladies to clinch the ultimate after smashing Ampem Darkoa Ladies 3:2 in the final at the El Wak Sports Stadium.
As a winger, she managed to scoop nine beautiful goals in a competition boasting of Jane Ayieyam, Olivia Anokye, Priscilla Adubea, Grace Asantewaa, Mukarama Abdulai among other notable national team assets.
Her exclusion from the Black Queens 30 provisional squad for the upcoming WAFU tournament in May at the Ivory Coast, has seen most football pundits raising questions as to whether the gaffer of the Queens, Mercy Tagoe Quarcoe even monitored the just ended NC Special Women’s Cup.
Speaking to Kyfilla.com in an interview, Agyekum disclosed that her exclusion from the Black Queens squad won’t affect her in anyway rather she will work harder for Hasaacas Ladies and also a move outside.

•She scored six out of the nine goals from a spot kick and three from free-kicks thus the name ‘Dead ball Monster’.
•She scored five goals in the group stages, two at the Quarter-finals and one at the semi-finals against Sea Lions and the another one at the final against Ampem Darkoa Ladies which was a decider.
•Out of the nine goals, she scored three against Sea Lions, two against Ladies Strikers and Police Ladies, one against Soccer Intellectuals and Ampem Darkoa Ladies in the final.
