Former Western regional Football Association Chairman, Anthony Osei popularly called as Osei Parma has been enstooled as the Kontihene of Hemangman at Twifo Hemang in the Lower Denkyira district of the Central region.
The Bankroller of the Western regional based Division Two outfit, Aboadze Parma was enstooled as the Kontihene of the community today, 27th April, 2019 in a colorful ceremony.
Mr. Anthony Osei who served as the Vice Chairman of the Western region Club Owners Association was enstooled as the Kontihene due to his unwavering contributions to the development of the community. He’s now Nana Affum Amankrah I.
