FC Samartex 1996 head coach, Bismark Kobby Mensah has accused the Ghana Football Association cameramen for receiving bribes during coverage of matches at league centres.
According to the former Bechem United trainer, most of these cameramen received huge amounts from club administrators to uncover some situations during league matches.
Speaking to Radio Silver of which Kyfilla.com monitored, the budding gaffer maintained that, at times these cameramen even asked for huge sums of money from Management of the home side and favour them when covering their match and with this, the Disciplinary Committee shouldn’t rely on these cameramen to punish teams.
“Most of the GFA cameramen receive bribes to favour some teams during coverage of a league match . Yes!! and anyone who challenges doesn’t know anything about Ghana football. The NC can’t rely on their videos to sanction teams”, he said.
He however urged the Normalization Committee to put enough mechanisms in dealing with hooliganism in Ghana football.
“I will urge the NC to put in proper mechanisms to help in doing with hooliganism in our football” , he added.
