Accra Hearts of Oak whipped stubborn Inter Allies side 2:0 in week eight of the NC Special Cup.
Goals from Joseph Esso and Kofi Kordzi were enough as the Continental Club Masters secured the three maximum points at the Tema Sports Stadium.
Esso registered the opener for coach Kim Grant side before Kordzi sealed the victory with a second goal which the home side failed to respond.
The victory means the Phobians place second on the Premier League Zone B table with 15 points same as league leaders WAFA.
