Takoradi based finest entertainment critic, Macall Mensah has been named to host this year’s Western Music Awards red carpet show at the Best Western Plus Atlantic Hotel, Takoradi.
The enterprising entertainment analyst was mentioned today, April 30, 2019 by the organizers of the prestigious awards, Westline Entertainment as the sole host of the third edition of the awards.
Macall Mensah known for his eloquence, skill and ability to interact well with guests will be ushering celebrities, industry players and patrons to the main auditorium.
The Western Music Awards red carpet per the last two editions has been where most industry players as well as patrons and celebrities looked up to as they showcase their stylish garments to the world.
The Pentecost University graduate and Pundit on Skyy Power FM’s OC Showbiz Review, will be posing questions like ‘who and what are you wearing? among others on the 11th May at the Best Western Plus Atlantic Hotel. This year’s red carpet starts at 6:30pm, Kyfilla.com understands.
Speaking to the media after Macall Mensah’s name was officially mentioned as the host of this year’s edition of the awards scheme’s red carpet, Nana Kwesi Coomson who is the Public Relations Officer for Westline Entertainment and the awards scheme stated that “Aside projecting our Artistes to the world via the awards, we are also projecting other talents in the region to the world through categories like Radio DJ of the year, Entertainment Review Show Host of the year as well as our Masters of Ceremony and red carpet hosts. In this regard, we hardly repeat hosts of our red carpets and the main event”, he said.

About Macall Mensah
Simply know as “Macall” or “The Axeman” , Enoch Macall Mensah is an On-Air-Personality, Professional Marketer, Events MC and an entrepreneur who was born in the early 90’s in Tarkwa in the Western Region.
He had his basic education at The Nest School Complex in Takoradi and proceeded to the college of Greats -Adisadel College in Cape Coast. He obtained BSc Marketing from the Pentecost University in 2013.

His style of delivery, frankness and thought provoking analysis of major issues in all sectors has made him one of the most listened to voices on radio and TV in the Western Region.
He is currently the Manager of De-Grace Limited, a building material departmental store and also a panelist on Connect Entertainment Review on Connect FM as well as a Sport Pundit on Empire FM.
