The Western Regional Minister, Hon. Kobby Okyere Darko Mensah says he is a number one fan of ‘Fante Rap god’ Martin KingArthur known in showbiz as Kofi Kinaata.
According to the minister who double as the Member of Parliament for Takoradi, whenever his children are singing and dancing to the two times VGMA Songwriter of the Year winner’s songs at home, he dance along and can sing almost all his songs.
Hon. Kobby Okyere Darko Mensah revealed, during the reigning Western Music Awards ‘Artiste of the Year’, Kofi Kinaata visit at his office in Sekondi.
“The fante rap god Kofi Kinaata visited me at the office. He has a burning desire to create and his interaction with sound by all standard is unavoidable. I am his number one fan. Proudly Made in Taadi”, he said.
Kyfilla.com understands, the over three hours meeting was centered around on the Minister’s plans for the youth and the showbiz industry in the Western region.
As the name goes ‘Show-business’, the minister also advised Kofi Kinaata to capitalize on the fame gained to engage in other businesses for the unforseen future.
