The Western Regional Minister, Hon. Kobby Okyere Darko Mensah has donated a hundred bags of cement to the Half Assini Government Hospital.
According to the minister who also double as the Member of Parliament for Takoradi, the hundred bags of cement is for the completion of the children and VIP ward of the hospital which started some years ago.
The minister donated the bags of cement to the Management of the hospital during a visit to the hospital with the aim of getting a first hand information about the health situation of the residents in the district.
He however urged the residents in the district to take heart as the government is planning to tackle all the abandoned projects in the district soon.
