As to who succeed Kwesi Nyantakyi as the next GFA boss comes with names like George Afriyie, Kurt Okraku, Randy Abbey, Osei Kweku Palmer, Alhaji Karim Gruser etc.
Among all the aforementioned names, only a ‘baby born few minutes ago’ will raise questions about their capabilities to continue the legacy left by Kwesi Nyantakyi before his sudden resignation as the GFA capo.
As to who assist any of the names above, when mounted the hottest seat in the Ghana football remains a secret yet to be made public by any of the aspirants.

Yes! Evelyn Nsiah Asare. She is the President of Ashanti region based female soccer side, Nana Afia Kobi Ampem Ladies FC and also a member of the Organizing Committee of the Normalization Committee Special Competition.
But little is known of the former Fox FM Sports broadcaster in the media parlance.
Started as an athlete in her secondary school days, Evelyn Nsiah Asare was a long distance runner 800, 1500 and 3000m but ended as a sprinter 100, 200 and 400m from University of Education, Winneba in 2004.
She completed teacher training college in 1997 where she taught for three years before furthering her education at the University of Education in Winneba in 2000, whilst there she followed every activity of the Black Queens.
In the broadcasting parlance, Evelyn Nsiah Asare begun her radio career at Sunyani based Space FM alongside GNPC’s Public Relations Officer, Moses Antwi Benefo alias PJ Moseey and Stugard before joining Fox 97.9 FM in Kumasi.
In 2003, she went to the Women’s World Cup with the Black Queens in the United States.
At the University of Education in Winneba, the late Eva Loko who was the Director General of Ghana Broadcasting Cooperation gave her the opportunity to be appearing on GTV Sports beat on Saturdays in order to promote the Black Queens during Sylvester Mensah’s time as Chairman .
Before the Black Queens trip to the World Cup in 2003, Evelyn Nsiah Asare alongside other notable figures, combined to embark on fund raising exercise for the team before the America trip.
She was a Physical Education mistress for Serwaa Nyarko Girls SHS for 4 years and then moved to Atwima Kwawomma as Physical Education Coordinator.
She holds a 1st degree in Physical Education, Recreation and Sports , first degree in procurement management and masters in Logistics and supply chain management.
Evelyn Nsiah Asare has been a lecturer at the Procurement and Supply Chain Management Department at the Sunyani Technical University since 2012.
She has worked for about 5 to 7 radio and tv stations in the last 19 to 20 years, starting from Fox FM to Space FM in Sunyani, Kapital Radio in Kumasi and Kessben FM where she was a newscaster for four years, before moving to Metro FM as a sports broadcaster and she created a health program as well dubbed “W’apom Tesen” and finally moved to Trust Television with Lord Inusah Lansah as a Morning Show host.
At Trust Television, she was the host of her health show W’apomu Tesen.
She also worked for Ashanti Foam Limited as the Public Relations Officer , Anointed Electrical Engineering Services Limited as a Marketing Executive and resigned as a Branch Manager.
She again worked for Promasidor Ghana Limited as Ashanti Region Onga Rep.
In 2007, Evelyn Nsiah Asare and Coach Oti Akenteng took the Black Damsels to Switzerland for FIFA U-14 exhibition tournament and won the cup.
She became a Management Committee member for U17(Black Maidens) in 2012 and after some years was moved to U20 (Black Princesses) as a management committee member till 2017 when she became a welfare officer for the senior national women’s team, Black Queens.
In 2016 this woman and Nana Bayin Eyison raised 300,000.00 Ghana cedis for Black Queens and Princesses whilst in camp preparing for their various assignments.
She has attended all courses that are needed in sports as an administrator. She started from the Ben Koffie four year businesses and development plan courses.
Also she partook in the FIFA Women’s grassroots coaching courses from 2010 organized by the world football governing body, FIFA. She recently attended the Sports Administration and Management Course organized by National Sports College in Winneba and has attained a CAF license C coaching certificate.
She has since four years ago established a division one female soccer side, Nana Afia Kobi Ampem Ladies Football Club which based in the Ashanti region.
All her entire life its been women’s football what else does she need to become the Vice President of our football Federation for the very first time in the history of our football .
She is a lecturer at Sunyani Technical University and also double as Sports Manager.
She was LOC member in the 2018 AWCON and now a member of the Organizing Committee of the Normalization Committee Special Competition.
She was also named to be interviewed as a member of the Normalisation Committee but due to her engagement with the Black Queens and the LOC then, she didn’t attend the interview.
Evelyn Nsiah Asare has seen it all at the women’s football and deserves to mount the position as the Vice President for the Ghana Football Association. Let support women empowerment for the betterment of the Ghanaian football.
