The squad numbers for the Black Stars final 23 players has been announced.
The four times AFCON champions who ended their pre-afcon preparations without scoring a single goal in the two friendly matches have realed jersey numbers for the prestigious tournament.
Ghana will begin the AFCON campaign against the Squirrels of Benin before facing defending champions, Cameroon and later play the final group match against Guinea-Bassau all at the Ismailia Stadium.
Captain André Ayew alongside general captain Asamoah Gyan maintained their jersey numbers (10 and 3) with Thomas Teye Partey to wear the jersey numbered 5.
First-choice shot-stopper for the Black Stars, Richard Ofori will wear the number 1 jersey with Felix Annan grabbing the 16 jersey whiles Lawrence Ati Zigi had the numbered 12.
Debutants Thomas Agyepong, Kwabena Owusu, Samuel Owusu were handed the numbered 23, 8 and 19 respectfully.
