Asante Kotoko recorded a whooping GH¢ 653,000 as gross from their CAF Champions League clash with Etoile du Sahel on last Sunday, according to Lawyer Sarfo Duku.

The Porcupine Warriors defeated the Tunisians 2-0 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi, courtesy goals from Augustine Okrah and Richard Arthur.
The victory means Asante Kotoko are inches away from booking a group stage ticket for the first time since 2006.

Asante Kotoko will travel to Sahel in Tunisia about weeks time for the return fixture of the CAF Champions League last qualifying round.
