Takoradi based Angel FM have targeted William Essah-Mensah (Papa Taste) as their drive time host.

Rumours has it that Papa Taste, known in real life as William Essah-Mensah is related to the newly appointed Human Resource Manager of the station and that might help push through a deal the Rok FM drive time host.
