A delegation led by the Proprietor of Salem Montessori School, Pastor Alex Afoakwah has paid a courtesy call on the Youth and Sports Minister, Hon. Isaac Kwame Asiamah to present an award they received from the Manhyia Regional Basic Maths and Science Quiz for emerging as part of the finalists.

The Manhyia Regional Basic Maths and Science Quiz is an annual competition in the Ashanti Region, which is organized by the Otumfour Foundation for basic schools to assess their knowledge in maths and science, which are the basic core subjects to be passed before gaining admission to Senior High School.
Pastor Alex Afoakwah in his remarks expressed gratitude to the Ministry for the opportunity, adding that such visits to the office of government officials boost students’ morale to work hard and attain higher heights.

Hon. Isaac Kwame Asiamah congratulated the students for their performance and urged them to stay focused on their studies.

Being a beneficiary of the Otumfour Scholarship Foundation, the Youth and Sports Minister commended Otumfour and the Board of Trustees for the program and called on Ghanaians to support the foundation.
