Tamale City FC have completed the transfer of Sekondi Hasaacas midfielder Isaac Mensah.

The talented playmaker has joined the division one league side on a loan deal.
Mensah joined Hasaacas from Cape Coast Metro Football Club and played in the 2016/17 season.

He will spend the whole of 2019/20 season at Tamale City FC.
