The Ivorian is currently in a tussle with Kotoko management who are eager to terminate the contract of the player.

Per several reports, the technical handlers of Asante Kotoko headed by coach Maxwell Konadu have declared the player surplus to requirements.
Despite Kotoko management eagerness to let go the player, Alexis Didi is also demanding for a six months salary before leaving the club whiles the management of Kotoko are willing to pay only three months.

Didi Alexis joined Kotoko in August last year on a three-year deal and has spent only six months with the team.
