Sekondi Eleven Wise narrowly beat arch rivals, Sekondi Hasaacas in a preseason encounter.
The crucial encounter was meant to be a preseason friendly match, but turned otherwise as supporters of the clubs trooped in to fill Sekondi Gyendu Park with loud chant, backing their affiliate to win.
However, the underrated Eleven Wise managed to pull one shot into the net of Hasmal in the first half which saw Hasaacas fighting hard but to no avail.
Sekondi Hasaacas are preparing for life in the DOL inking their lots to bounce back to topflight football.
1960 Ghana Premier League Champions, Sekondi Eleven Wise have gone a step farther from the top on the pyramid competition after failing to hold their own in the Division One League last season. They[Wise] will be competing in the Western Region Football Association’s Division Two League.
