The Youth and Sports Minister, Hon.Isaac Asiamah has cut sod for the construction of a multi-purpose sports complex in the Volta region of Ghana.
The ceremony was held earlier today at HO, the capital of the region with higher dignitaries which includes some political appointees and traditional leaders.
The edifice will boost of a standard football pitch,athletics track, a tennis ball,basketball and handball court together with Gym,counseling center and youth I.C.T hub. The facility is estimated to cost around $2.4 million.
