Former President of Ghana, John Mahama has donated personal protective equipments to the Keta Government Hospital in the Volta Region to fight the Covid-19.
The donation forms part of the former president’s quota to compliment the government’s effort in combating the Coronavirus outbreak in the country.

The Keta Hospital has become the latest hospital that the flagbearer of the leading opposition party National Democratic Congress (NDC) has donated to after Ridge Hospital in Accra, Effia-Nkwanta Teaching Hospital in Sekondi and hosts of others across the country.

The personal protective equipments are to aid the hospitals in the fight against the Coronavirus pandemic which is killing millions across the globe.

Currently, Ghana has recorded 1042 cases of the pandemic with 99 recoveries and 9 deaths according to the Ghana Health Service.
