Nana Oduru Sarfo has revealed the GHS 1m received from Globacom under the Normalization Committee isn’t for the clubs, but the Ghana Football Association.
According to a transcript of his interview on Vision 1 FM shared on some platforms, the GFA has disbursed some monies to the clubs before the start of the 2019/2020 season.

The GFA Executive Council member went on further to comment that payments to referees were made through the Referees Association of Ghana.
“The Globacom money which came under the NC is not for the clubs as some claim, the money is for the GFA and it was within same monies we shared amongst the clubs before the leagues started.

“We gave the referees money to RAG to be paid to them so if monies are debited back to the accounts it came from as it’s been alleged then they should contact RAG” – Nana Oduro Sarfo on Vision 1 FM.
The GFA is on record to have disbursed GHS 10K each to the 16 National Women’s League sides, GHS 20K to the 48 Division One League clubs and GHS 30K to the 18 Premier League sides before the leagues commenced.
