Quick-wiited sports pundit Alhassan Saeed Zakito has left Atinka Media Village subsidiary Atinka FM.
The astute sports pundit has called it a quit with the Accra-based radio station after two years of services.
He made the announcement on his Facebook page which reads, “It’s been a little over 2 years of good memories; special thanks to Saddick Adams and Nathaniel Obeng De Legendo, without you, this journey wouldn’t have been successful.

“To my other colleagues who I worked with at the sports department, Jude Acheampong, Seth Dadzie, Owusu Benjamin, Enock Essel Niccolò Makavelli, Essieno de Nasuba, Listowel Mensah, Osenkafo Addo Katey and Stephen (obide), I thank you for the wonderful working relationship.
“I officially left ATINKA MEDIA VILLAGE after the expiration of my contract on the 31st of May 2020. It’s been difficult in taking such a decision but I needed to in order to have time for a project I’m executing to build myself.
“I will in the coming days make an announcement on my future.
Thank you to everyone who contributed in making this journey a success.
Saeed Zakito joined Atinka FM about two years ago after leaving Sunyani-based Storm FM. He has also worked with Space FM, Moonlight Radio, Atoobu FM, GBC Radio in the Savannah Region.
Aside being a sports pundit, Saeed Zakito is also a football administrator and has worked with Bofoakwa Tano FC, Berekum Arsenal, Atebubu Esperance and Gbewa FC.
