Western Region football star, Emmanuel Ocran has eulogized Asante Kotoko’s Justice Blay as the best player in the suspended Ghana Premier League.
The Dreams FC forward was full of praise for the Asante Kotoko defensive midfielder in a one on one chat with Solomon Amankwah of Kyzz FM.

Ocran, 24, joins a tall list of Ghana Premier League followers who have heralded the former Sekondi Hasaacas and Medeama SC midfielder.

Ocran shot to fame after a stellar campaign in the 2015/2016 Ghana Premier League; won the title with Wa All Stars and powered in 6 goals as an attacking midfielder.

He won a call up to the Black Stars in a African 2017 qualifier against Rwanda and was part of the Black Stars B team that played out a friendly game against Japan in 2017.
