Meet the lady who talks to catfish.
Etwereso Hemaa as she’s famously known is the only lady present that communicates with catfish, touches them and feeds them in a suburb of Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.
The story of the famous lady has been outstandingly received by many on social media as she mysteriously feeds and communicates with the fish a river called Etwereso.

“Here is Twereso, so I’m called Twereso Hemaa(Queen of Twereso)”
That’s why I’m so excited always, you won’t see this anywhere in the world unless my hometown, they come because they know you cannot catch them.
“You want some” – talking to the catfish
“I’m standing at the only river where fish communicate with human.
“You see how big they are”
“You know normally fishes are suppose to run from human, but in my hometown they don’t. But these fishes are not for food. And I repeat, we don’t eat”
“Come to Twereso if you want to see this. If there’s some at other places I am yet to know.
“Now that most of them are coming. They eat only kenkey and bread from the town. So, if you want to see them, you have to first buy food from the town.
“God is wonderful”
